Before construction begins, the project manager consults with the architect and mechanical engineer to ensure the propler selection and placement of all mechanical components. We problem solve from start to finish so there won't be any problems when the facility opens.

Our crews, which include certified and licensed welders, are known for working fast and efficiently to keep each project on schedule. We provide continued training to update the skills of our workers in special areas, such as refrigeration and medical gas piping.

Bernhard builds excellent relationships with subcontractors and takes full responsibilty for all work performed. If a mechanical problem arises during any phase of the construction or during the warranty period, we promptly correct the situation in order to keep the project on target.

Bernhard Mechanical sets the standard for quality workmanship. Our job is to help construct a safe, efficient building. Through ongoing education and training of our field employees and office personnel, we ensure compliance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations. Bernhard administers the entire mechanical division of the specifications, from interpreting complicated construction regulations and securing all permits, to satisfying inspection requirements.
